About the KnowING IPR TechTransfer Summer Schools
In October 2021, the KnowING IPR project partnership offers opportunity for SMEs and start-ups to broaden their knowledge and improve their skills in the field of technology transfer, software patenting, and innovation management in the form of two summer schools. Although the topics may be primarily relevant for SMEs and sturt-ups from the field of IT, any other company wishing to learn more about these topics is welcome. The summer schools are organized completely online and the participation is free of charge.
Both summer schools consist of two parts: on the first day, an English language online workshop will take place with the presentations of international experts on technology transfer, software patenting, and innovation management. Also, the e-learning platform of the summer shool will be briefly introduced, where participants of the summer schools would access the learning materials developed by the KnowING partnership. In the remainder of the week, participants are encouraged to study the materials provided on the e-learining platform, and take a short exam to acquire a certificate of the completion of the summer shool.
11-17 October 2021 - First TechTransfer Summer School
Learn more about the theoretical aspects of technology transfer, software patenting, and innovation management at the initial event on 11 October 2021. Then study the learning materials on the e-learning transfer and acquire a certificate about completing the summer school until 17 October.
18-24 October 2021 - Second TechTransfer Summer School
Learn more about the practical aspects of technology transfer, software patenting, and innovation management at the initial event on 18 October 2021. Then study the learning materials on the e-learning transfer and acquire a certificate about completing the summer school until 24 October.
