BURNOUT PREVENT – Enhancing skills, developing innovative service solutions and policy recommendations for burnout prevention, in CE smart specialization sectors.

 

The overall goal of the project is to increase the competence of employees and SMEs, develop innovative solutions and policy recommendations that will help prevent employee burnout syndrome in Central Europe, and thus contribute to increased productivity and competitiveness of SMEs. Since the focus will be on preventive measures, the project will also contribute to reducing the burden on the healthcare system.

This is the first project in the EU which comprehensively address all three aspects of burnout syndrome: work environment, leisure and digital stress.

 

To address the three key factors that cause burnout, the BURNOUT PREVENT project focuses on:

1) Enhancing entrepreneurial skills and setting up organizational model for burnout resilience in SMEs.

2) Enhancing burnout preventive skills for smart specialisation sector employees including reduction of digital stress.

3) Development of CE strategy & policy recommendations for improvement of mental health in workplace.

 

 

The Burnout Prevent project is co-funded by the European Union and the Hungarian State with the partnership of Budapest Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

The project is a partnership of 12 organisations from 7 European countries.
