EU Danube Region Strategy Project Capitalization Event

We participated in the EU Danube Region Strategy (EUSDR) project capitalization event, organized in cooperation with the Hungarian National Coordination of the EU Danube Region Strategy (EUSDR) at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade and the Center for Contemporary Architecture (KÉK), held at the Adaptér Újbuda venue.

At the event, we briefly presented the Culinary Trail project, its results, and its successes as a Hungarian project partner. Participants had the opportunity to explore the full scope of the Culinary Trail: the Digital Catalog, which contains a collection of over 700 unit of culinary heritage, the associated interactive map—the Transnational Trail; as well as the Gastronomy Heritage and Sommelier training programs and opportunities for partnership and collaboration.

The event was designed for representatives of ongoing EU projects in Hungary, with the primary goal of promoting networking and the exchange of experiences. The event provided an opportunity for participants to present their results to date and share best practices accumulated during implementation.

During the presentations and workshop, we examined which tools and processes have proven effective in the domestic context—whether they involve participatory solutions, the valorization of assets, or the engagement of local stakeholders.

Thank you for the presentations, and we are glad to have met these projects:
